🌊 Island Hopping Day Trip – Portobelo + Isla Grande
Leave the city behind and head out to the lush Caribbean coast. Explore the colorful colonial town of Portobelo, known for its Black history and pirate past, before cruising over to Isla Grande for sun, swimming, and tropical island fun.

On this day, you will get off your flight in Panama City, Panama and be greeted by our friendly transportation partners who will pick you up and safely transport you to our hotel. 

Rest up, as our welcome mixer will be later this evening at the hotel where you will be able to meet all of your new travel family on this trip!

Step into a different world as we journey deep into the lush rainforest to visit one of Panama’s protected Indigenous communities. Travel by traditional canoe, connect with Emberá tribe members, and learn about their customs, music, dance, and way of life. 

You'll witness centuries-old traditions, enjoy a locally prepared lunch (fried fish and plantains), and walk away with a deeper appreciation for Panama’s rich cultural heritage. This is a heart-expanding, soul-touching experience you’ll never forget.

Leave the city behind and head out to the lush Caribbean coast. Explore the historical ruins of Portobelo, known for its Black history and pirate past, before cruising over to Isla Mamey for sun, swimming, and tropical island fun.  

We pack our itineraries with so much adventure, but we make sure that you still have some free time to adventure on your own. On this day, you can relax at the hotel or book one more fun activity.

Later this day, we will have our farewell dinner at the hotel. We will reflect on all the fun we had, announce the winners of our group trip superlatives, and cry our eyes out that this is our last night. 

On this day, our reliable transportation partners will pick you up from our hotel to safely transport you to the airport.
